Mental Health
It is vital that you, your student, & everyone in your family take care of your mental health. The last two years have been filled with isolation, confusion, & many changes, sometimes by the hour. It is normal to feel down, sad, anxious, or any other feeling you might be experiencing. However it is important that you seek support and find ways to help you and your family work through those feelings and have tools to keep them in check. Below are links to webpages with a variety of resources & tools. If you don't see what you are looking for, please reach out to our counselor, Mrs. Juarros by email or call 916-566-2730 ext. 24085 (her voicemail is private so feel free to leave a message if you don't reach her).
